The site is operated by ScaleupCopilot LLC ("we", "us"). References to "you" mean the person using the site.

What this site is

This is a marketing and publishing site. It describes services, and it publishes essays on engineering leadership, delivery, hiring, and technology strategy.

What this site is not

Nothing here is professional advice for your situation. The articles describe patterns observed across companies; your company is not those companies. Technology, architecture, hiring, legal, and financial decisions depend on specifics this site knows nothing about. Do not act on the content without applying your own judgment or getting advice that accounts for your circumstances.

Reading this site, emailing us, or booking a discovery call does not create a consulting, coaching, advisory, or any other professional relationship.

Engagements are governed separately

If we work together, that engagement is governed by the written agreement signed for it — covering scope, fees, confidentiality, intellectual property, and termination. Where these terms and a signed engagement agreement conflict, the engagement agreement governs.

Prices shown on the site are indicative starting points for scoping a conversation. They are not an offer, and they may change.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, articles, images, and design — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may read it, link to it, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link back.
